Important Security Notice – Bike Theft Incident

Dear Residents,

We kindly remind all residents to ensure that bicycles are not left unattended or unsecured at any time. Opportunist thieves have recently been targeting the area and are using bolt cutters to break bike locks.

Yesterday, a theft occurred in the basement of an apartment block near Adelphi Street. The victim had briefly left their bike unsecured while delivering goods upstairs. Upon returning, the bike had been stolen.

Please take extra precautions to secure your bicycles with high-quality locks and avoid leaving them in vulnerable locations. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to building management or local authorities.

Police are conducting enquiries.
